Warranty Statement

Brilliant Lighting and Specialty Products strives to use only the highest quality materials based on industry standards, and manufacturing practices also standard within the industry. In order to rectify a product issue, Brilliant Lighting and Specialty Products requires a detailed written notice of any defective material within 30 from the date of invoice. Absence of such a written notice constitutes a waiver by the buyer of all claims of defective material.

Brilliant Lighting and Specialty Products reserves the right to repair or replace at our discretion, any product deemed defective by the company. Without exception, no defective material can worked upon, repaired, or returned without prior written approval by and issuance of an RGA or work order from Brilliant Lighting and Specialty Products. Failure to comply constitutes a waiver any liability or responsibility of Brilliant Lighting and Specialty Products, and voids any remaining warranty.

Brilliant Lighting and Specialty Products shall not be held liable for any loss, any damage, or any expense in material or labor, directly or indirectly arising from the use of any material or from any other cause resulting from the purchase of and/or use of any items provided by Brilliant Lighting and Specialty Products. Brilliant Lighting and Specialty Products liability is solely and expressly limited to the replacement value and/or credit for the value of the material provided by the company.

Ballast issues without exception will be handled directly by the manufacturer of record for those items. Brilliant Lighting and Specialty Products may at its discretion choose to intercede on behalf of said ballast manufacturer without admission of or claiming of any responsibility for the issue resulting from the ballast issue. A contact name and phone number for a specific ballast manufacturer can be provided upon request.

Lamp issues, if provided by Brilliant Lighting and Specialty Products, without exception will be handled directly by the manufacturer of record for those items. Brilliant Lighting and Specialty Products may at its discretion choose to intercede on behalf of said lamp manufacturer without admission of or claiming of any responsibility for the issue resulting from the lamp issue. A contact name and phone number for a specific lamp manufacturer can be provided upon request.

Every effort is made by Brilliant Lighting and Specialty Products to provide accurate pricing, specifications, and general information about our products. However, all information is subject to change without notice, and therefore, cannot and will not accept any damages in any form for any issues resulting from any typographical errors or any other such informational transgressions.

Brilliant Lighting and Specialty Products warrants it’s product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials as detailed below, provided the products have been installed by a licensed electrician, in accordance with the NEC, and installed in an orientation and environment in which the product was designed. Failure to comply with this voids any and all aspects of this warranty and liability or responsibility detailed on behalf of Brilliant Lighting and Specialty Products.
